On the weekend dedicated to the most famous American triathlon circuit in the world, the Olympic distance triathlon competition returns to Cervia.
The single ring swimming route, starting from the large and central Cervia beach. As part of ongoing improvements, the race will feature a rotating swim start. Athletes will line up based on their predicted swim time and 10 athletes will be dispatched every five seconds.
The bicycle route, a single 40 km ride, begins on the Cervia seafront. The race is a non-drafting race.
The 10 km running course of 2 laps. The route, completely flat, offers some characteristic glimpses of tourist Cervia.
